Who doesn’t love pancakes? Surprise your partner with an amazing breakfast – stack of pancakes with their favorite syrup or fruits or cream or Nutella, the options are endless.
For the batter you will need 1 ¼ cups of all-purpose flour, 1 egg, 1 ¼ cups of buttermilk, 1 tablespoon sugar, ½ teaspoon baking soda and salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 2 tablespoons oil.
You can also substitute the ingredients with the stuff that’s already available at your home. For instance, you can use fresh milk instead of buttermilk.
First you need to combine the dry ingredients then mix them with the wet ingredients. Then you pour the batter depending upon the size of pancakes you prefer, onto a pan or a griddle that has a hint of oil in it.
Turn the pancakes when you see bubble forming on top. Cook the other side until a nice golden brown color appears.
The recipe is just perfect for a couple as it can make around 6 to 8 pancakes and that too in just 15-20 minutes. Serve the pancake with maple syrup or Nutella or cream or any other fruits that you and your partner like.
Fettuccine Alfredo – Fine dining at Home!
“Life is a combination of magic and pasta” – Federico Fellini. For all the pasta lovers out there, this dish is truly heartwarming and worth the effort. Fettuccine Alfredo is like a win-win dish. It’s so creamy and delicious; it melts your heart in minutes.
For this mouthwatering dish you’ll need fettuccine 1 pound (or according to your need), ½ stick butter, ½ cup grated parmesan cheese (can increase or decrease according to your preference), ½ cup cream or half and half, kosher salt and pepper according to your taste.
Add salt and water in a pot and let it boil. In another pot add butter and cream. In the boiling water toss the fettuccine and let it cook. Meanwhile combine parmesan cheese and pepper with butter and cream into a creamy consistency. Take out the pasta from the boiling water, let it sit for a few minutes and then add it in the above mixture.
Serve this delicious fettuccine Alfredo with herbs or chicken. Share this creamy dish with your partner and have a luxurious lunch or dinner.
Marinated Steak – Go fancy and Luxurious!
Go a little fancy and prepare a garlic marinated steak for your partner. Seduce them with your cooking skills.
Take 2 and a half pound rib-eye steak and a marinade. For marination mix olive oil, honey, pepper, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and some garlic.
Let the steak soak in the marinade for few hours (a day is advised). Then in order to get perfect steak, preheat the grill, drizzle some oil on it and do some grilling for around 5 to 7 minutes of medium heat. Put away the steak when you consider its done.
Serve with mashed potatoes and some grilled vegetables or add your favorite sauce.
Greek Salad – Stay Healthy!
Are you and your partner conscious about your diet? Do you prefer eating healthy food? If yes, then this Greek salad is what you need.
For the salad you’ll need fresh vegetables of your choice. Feel free to add whichever vegetables you like and as many as you want.
If you are not sure, then we suggest you to add tomatoes, cucumber, broccoli, bell peppers, lettuce, onions, black olives and any other seasonal vegetables. Chop all the ingredients and combine together.
For dressing you can combine fresh dill, oregano, salt, ground pepper, any other herbs, vinegar and olive oil. Drizzle the dressing onto the chopped vegetables.
Serve the Greek salad as it is or add boiled chicken if you like. The average time needed to make this salad is 25 mins and it makes around 2-3 cups. Share it with your partner and be a healthy couple.
Chocolate cupcakes – Only for your sweetheart!

You will need 3 tablespoons flour, 2 tablespoon sugar and water, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1 ½ teaspoons cocoa powder, 1/8 teaspoons baking soda and vanilla extract and pinch of salt.
Preheat the oven at 350 Fahrenheit. Combine dry ingredients and whisk properly. Pour in the wet ingredients including water, oil and vanilla extract. Mix them until you get a smooth consistency.
Pour the batter into an oven safe cupcake dish and bake for 18minutes. Poke a toothpick or fork in the center of the cupcakes and check if it comes out dry.
Frost the cupcake with your favorite chocolate syrup or cream. Sprinkle chocolate chips and some more love. Blindfold your partner and let them enjoy every bite of the delectable cupcake.
